Terms and Conditions

Package sessions of 1 – 40 sessions will need to be used within 6 months of purchase.

Package sessions of 41 plus sessions will need to be used within 8 months of purchase.

Please Note: Packages are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.

For Six or more people in a group please call us for prices. A Visa, Master Card, or Bank Debt card will be required to reserve appointment time for groups.

Please note: If one or more members of your group does not show up for your scheduled group appointment time, those members will each forfeit one of their sessions.

Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25 and up and have a 6 month expiration date.

To avoid being charged a fee for missed appointments, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
